8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOT Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOT Labs, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. 16. Google Business Profile Management

When using our automation tools (including Bijnis.xyz) to manage Google Business Profiles, you acknowledge that SOTLABS acts as a "Third Party" manager. We access Google User Data via official Google APIs (specifically the Google Business Profile API) solely to provide the requested services. We do not sell Google User Data to third parties or use it for unrelated advertising purposes. Compliance: You agree to comply with all Google Business Profile Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services in connection with Google Business Profiles does not violate any of Google's policies or terms.
